Q: How do I remove the Password on my new Windows 7
computer?
Microsoft will give you two/three ways to make
changes to your OS.
(Operating System) A:
Go to Start.
Click the Control
Panel. You should see this screen. "Adjust Your
Computer's Setting"
View by: Category
Large
Icons: If you choose Large Icons. Look for "User
Accounts"
Small
Icons
On the Category page.
Look under "User Account and Family Safety"
Click "Add or Remove User
Account"
Now you will be asked this question.
"Choose the account you
would like to change?"
"Make change to "name"
account. (The Account that you are changing
the password)
Change your
password.
In the first text box, enter your current
password.
In the next two text
boxes, leave blank. Hint Box: Leave blank
Or if you are changing your
passing, enter the password you would like to start
using.
Hint Box: Use a good hint.
Click on the Change password button to
confirm your changes.
